A V10-powered sports car, the Dodge Viper is produced at the Chrysler LLC by the Dodge division. It’s a two seat sports car. The car’s production began at New Mack Assembly in 1992 and has become famous as it boasts numerous appearances in TV shows, video games, popular movies and electrifying music videos.
In the 2008 model, with the initiation of the 8.4 L V10 engine, the Viper received a 25 lb-ft (34 N-m) torque boost up to 560 lb-ft (759 N-m). The power was also given a fillip from 90 hp (67 kW) to 600 hp (450 kW), and the engine capacity was improved up to 510 cubic inches (8,383 cc) from 505.6 CID (8,285 cc) of the 8.3 L engine.
